Our daily lives are centred around prayer, including daily Mass, Adoration and the rosary. In the mornings we pray the Divine Office and have two hours of Adoration. As religious we are called to sit at the feet of Jesus and, like Mary, take the better part. Like Our Lady we want to intercede for His children, for the Church, for our Bishops, priests, families and all those in our parish, our apostolate and the mission. This is the engine room and makes everything else happen. The rosary is a very important part of our prayer lives, as Mary teaches us how to love Jesus and how to bring souls to Him. It is also a great weapon in the battle for souls.

Our daily work in the apostolate includes school and nursing home visits, youth mission, running retreats, setting up and manning Adoration in parishes, university outreach, youth formation, teaching the Sacraments in schools and the parish, RCIA, youth groups and mission evenings. Our Sisters and Brothers in the noviciate study religious life, which includes studying the vows, the spiritual life and the lives of the Saints and Scripture. It is a time of deep interior formation, adoring the Lord, receiving healing and becoming more one with Him and themselves.
